Lenses

From our suppliers we have selected a few of the very best they have to offer.

Essilor LogoEssilor

Essilor Physio is designed using wavefront management giving also an axis control of unwanted surface astigmatism in the intermediate and an acuity booster through point to point twinning. For discerning customers, Varilux Physio gives quick and easy adaptation.

Norville Nupolar LogoNORVILLE NUPOLAR: The benefits are obvious - you will enjoy better vision in the sun.

Almost all conventional sunspecs reduce brightness, but only polarised lenses eliminate glare which in turn reduces eyestrain, squinting and temporary blindness.

Polarising filters are composed of long parallel fibres much like Venetian blinds, channelling light in one direction only, blocking light in the opposite direction. NuPolar blocks out all the scattered light and allows through all the useful vertical light. Reflections off the dashboard, glare from another windscreen and sun glare from smooth wet slick surfaces are all reduced to a minimum, making these lenses useful for a number of sports pursuits as well as driving. Think of sailing, fishing, and ski-ing.

Seiko Logo Lenses for very particular people

Seiko don't just let us know the time. They lead the way in high quality multi-coated lenses. Advancing technology is used to produce the very best lenses with superclean coating, oil and water repellent and reduced misting. Seiko Sportstech 1.67 uses freeform technology giving a high base single vision with sharp binocular focus lens for the sports person. Seiko Neo is the latest generation of individualised internal varifocal and is available in 3 lifestyle designs for either outdoor use, balanced design for general use or primarily for indoor use.

Zeiss LogoThe thinnest lenses in the world - LANTAL 1.9

High index glass for high prescriptions. Zeiss is the world leader in this technology achieving the balance between low dispersion and a high level of hardness and chemical resistance in this extremely thin glass lens, which improves the cosmetic appearance of high minus prescriptions. Despite the higher density, this lens is no heavier than a standard Zeiss glass single vision lens.

A superb anti-refection coating deposited with the use of computer controlled fully automatic machinery enhances these lenses.
