Hi all! Just a quick grumble! We don’t have Heather here every day, we pay her on an Ad Hoc basis to come in and test and we do that as volume demands. So, if you have booked an appointment and then cancel it a day ahead of schedule, or worse: on the day, we are paying someone to sit and do nothing. We can’t afford to keep doing that.
Please, please, please only book appointments that you know you will be able to keep, or give us some sensible notice so that we can maybe get someone else into that space.
Things are still tight and I am trying everything to keep us open and these little things don’t help. I don’t want to charge a booking fee, but it might have to happen as every week at least 2 people cancel at short notice. Just can’t afford to keep letting that happen.
